What is Canyon College?​
​Canyon College is a unique college program based at Redmond Assembly of God in partnership with Northwest University. Students can earn fully accredited degrees online, with options including Associate (AA), Bachelor (BA), and Master (MA) degrees in Ministry Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Business, and Psychology. As part of the program, students have the opportunity to earn three free college credits per semester through an internship at Redmond Assembly of God.​​

Located in the heart of Central Oregon, Canyon College is based in Redmond—just minutes from Bend and Sisters. The region is known for its 300 days of sunshine, breathtaking mountain views, and endless outdoor recreation opportunities, making it one of Oregon’s most desirable places to live and study.
Cost
Canyon College offers an affordable alternative to traditional Christian colleges, with tuition at just $11,000 per year—significantly lower than the $40,000 average. Additionally, students may qualify for up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement ($2,000 per year for the first two years) if they finish and pay for their classes on time. This reimbursement is available for the 2026–2027 and 2027–2028 academic years.

Housing
While on-campus housing is not currently available, Canyon College is committed to helping students find a place to live. As the program grows, housing options will expand. In the meantime, we’ll assist students by connecting them with host homes or pairing them with other students to share an apartment. Please note that housing costs are not included in tuition and will vary based on individual arrangements.
